The organization needed for selling one home and buying another can be daunting. I know because I have had to take on this challenge four times in my adult life. Each seemed a little harder than the one before and at my advanced age the most recent seemed overwhelming. I approached this last one with great trepidation.

In fact, it sold so fast that I had to find a new place quickly.
As a Buyer Agent, again you took over, noted my desires and in three days had previewed over twenty choices, narrowing to three those I needed to see. I chose the third and had a new home and was ready to move within three weeks.
